As Client Director, you will spearhead business growth and expansion for both new and established key accounts, while elevating the agency's brand presence and driving awareness in the highly competitive Japanese market.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategy for the Japanese market, including oversight of digital marketing strategies for major accounts.
- Lead and manage digital media planning and activation teams; delegate effectively and foster high-performance collaboration.
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, partners, platforms).
- Uphold exceptional quality standards, ensuring all deliverables exceed client expectations and stepping in hands-on when projects fall short.
- Drive internal processes and ensure seamless communication and alignment across all business channels.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in media agencies, with proven leadership and team management expertise.
- Deep, expert-level knowledge of digital channels in the Japanese market (PPC, Display, Paid Social, Data Analysis, and more).
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, from executives to senior directors.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills; able to influence, advise, and build trust at all levels.
- Native or fully fluent in both English and Japanese (mandatory).
