About the Client

Our client is a renowned Risk Management Solution Provider with a strong presence in the APAC region. Our comprehensive suite of risk management solutions empowers organizations to proactively identify, mitigate, and manage risks effectively. As we continue to expand our operations and strengthen our partnerships, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Partner/Alliances Manager to join our team based in Singapore.
About the Role

As a Channel Partner/Alliances Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances across the APAC region. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential channel partners, system integrators, and technology alliances to drive business growth and expand our market reach. Your primary objective will be to establish and nurture mutually beneficial relationships, ensuring the successful adoption and integration of our risk management solutions into partner ecosystems.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partner and alliances strategy for the APAC region, aligned with the company's overall business objectives
  • Identify and onboard strategic channel partners, system integrators, and technology alliances to expand our market presence and increase revenue streams
  • Build strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact and driving joint business planning, enablement, and co-marketing activities
  • Collaborate with partners to develop go-to-market strategies, joint value propositions, and solution offerings that align with customer needs and market demand
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize partnership outcomes
  • Enable and support partners with training, product knowledge, sales tools, and resources to effectively promote and sell our risk management solutions
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure alignment and success of partnership initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and recommend strategic actions
  • Track and report key metrics, including partner performance, pipeline development, and revenue growth, providing regular updates to the management team

About the Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in channel partner management, alliances, or business development roles, preferably within the technology or risk management industry
  • Strong understanding of the APAC market and experience working with partners across the region
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances, driving revenue growth and market expansion
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels
  • Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to identify and seize business opportunities
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in other languages spoken in the APAC region is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required
