About the Role
  • Leverage industry knowledge to provide key insights and strategic recommendations for positioning a client's business/brands/products
  • Conduct data extraction and analysis with CRM insight and action plans to achieve larger business goals and develop sustaining customer database
  • Perform analytics tasks, including but not limited to predictive statistical models, customer profiling, segmentation analysis, and data analysis
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to pilot and drive CDM projects by gathering and understanding business requirements to our key client;
About the Candidate
  • Degree qualifications with at least 5+ years of relevant experience in a data driven field/ CRM/ Consumer Insights
  • Experience on R/ Python/ SQL, is a PLUS!
  • Comfortable with customer data coming from mobile apps, websites, and e-commerce shops and drawing insights and strategies from there
  • Language: Cantonese is a MUST
