Job description.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will build, qualify, and convert a healthy pipeline of marketing services opportunities across Hong Kong.

This role requires a commercial self-starter skilled in outbound, discovery, solution shaping, and negotiation to close.

The ideal candidate will be disciplined with CRM hygiene, confident engaging senior stakeholders, and focused on delivering consistent revenue against targets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a quarterly territory plan targeting priority sectors and buyer personas.
  • Run multi-touch outreach (email, LinkedIn, events, referrals) and book quality first meetings.
  • Lead discovery to define problem, value, budget, and timeline; shape solution proposals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM stages, next steps, and forecast; report pipeline and conversion.
  • Partner with marketing on case studies, credentials, and thought leadership.
  • Capture win/loss insights and continuously refine messaging and offers.
  • Manage clean handovers of closed-won deals to delivery with success criteria.

Qualifications
  • 4–6 years selling marketing/creative/PR services with a personal quota.
  • Proven success closing mid-market deals and engaging senior decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC/BANT (or similar), proposal writing, and negotiation.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot/Salesforce and accurate forecasting.
  • Knowledge of the Hong Kong market; Cantonese/Mandarin advantageous.
