As our client continues to expand our operations in Singapore, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. About the Role
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a vital role in driving business growth and establishing our presence in the Singapore market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on promoting our secure CPaaS solutions to potential clients and helping them harness the power of secure communication channels.
About the Candidate
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales growth and expand market share in Singapore
- Identify and target key industries and verticals where our secure CPaaS solutions can add value, such as fsi, healthcare, e-commerce, and more
- Proactively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, online platforms, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting customized solutions to address their communication challenges
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure a seamless customer journey and successful implementation of solutions
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our secure CPaaS platform
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the technology industry
- Experience in selling SaaS, CPaaS, or related solutions is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of the Singapore + ASEAN market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively
