We're seeking a skilled Blockchain Application Support Engineer (open to Blockchain Engineers or candidates with relevant experience) to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of blockchain-based production systems.
You'll play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, supporting blockchain infrastructure, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver seamless, high-performing applications. The role is remote within the EU, with occasional collaboration with our London-based team.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure 24/7 uptime and performance across blockchain applications in production environments.
- Manage and maintain non-production environments such as staging and pre-production.
- Develop a strong understanding of application architecture and supported blockchains.
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure engineers for smooth, safe deployments.
- Implement fixes, optimizations, and improvements to enhance system stability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve real-time production incidents.
- Lead incident management, including root cause analysis and follow-ups.
- Continuously enhance monitoring, alerting, and operational workflows.
- Coordinate and document Disaster Recovery (DR) testing and compliance audits.
- Maintain blockchain infrastructure and support integration across environments.
- (For senior profiles) Act as the main communication point during incidents and updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in application support, production operations, or site reliability engineering.
- Hands-on experience or strong understanding of blockchain technologies and applications.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, logging systems, and incident response.
- Understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure as code).
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
- Must be based in the EU and eligible to work without visa sponsorship.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, or related tools.
- Exposure to ITIL, SRE, or similar incident management frameworks.
- Experience supporting blockchain or financial applications in production environments.
