Associate Creative Director

We are seeking an Associate Creative Director to join an independent brand communications agency located in Singapore.
  
Our client is a globally recognized agency within their specialty, with offices in New York City, London (HQ), Singapore, and Shanghai, as well as satellite studios throughout Europe and Asia.
  
Responsibilities

• Lead the creative services for the Asia region in collaboration with the Managing Director.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and develop creative concepts for key design projects across Asia.
• Translate creative briefs into engaging and innovative visual designs, including brand identities, websites, social media, marketing materials, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in both Asia and Europe.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the brand-design agency sector, preferably within luxury, premium retail, and property.
• Demonstrated ability to create exceptional pitch decks and branded content proposals.
• Experience leading teams and managing individuals with varying levels of expertise.
• Proven track record in providing design strategy and direction, with comfort in giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Approach clients with a positive attitude when offering solutions and suggestions.
