Associate Client Services Director

MCG Talent are on the lookout for an Associate Client Services Director to join a Global Digital Consultancy in Hong Kong.
  
In this role, you will have the responsibility for account success, management and specific growth within Hong Kong.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Become a trusted advisor to clients, making recommendations on digital strategies, demand generation strategies, campaigns, marketing technologies, data and analytics.
• Reporting into the Senior Client Services Director, assist with building strong relationships with key clients, partners, and marketing leaders.
• Oversee internal teams of Client Services Managers and Client Services Executives that will be working with you on respective accounts.
• Helping to coach, mentor and ensure that together, you are working as a successful team that helps your customers be successful.
• Lead quarterly business reviews to share marketing insights and industries best practices.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing agencies with a specialism in customer experience, marketing automation, digital customer data, line channels and CRM.
• Be a self-motivated team player with track record of success partnering with colleagues, sales counterparts, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver results on time and on budget.
• Experience in developing trusted client relationships and partner relationships with proven sales growth from onset of business development, RFPs, sales presentations through delivery.
• Have a strong presence and presentation skills; comfortable talking to C-level executives and developing relationships at all levels of a customer organisation.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese Cantonese.
