We are on the lookout for an exciting Senior Account Manager / Associate Account Director role to join an independent digital marketing agency to help manage their key accounts across markets in SEA.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage digital campaigns for clients to successfully complete their digital marketing goals.
• Possess the ability to offer advice on business and technological developments, particularly in the area of digital services like social media campaigns, website/app/chatbot development, and advertisement.
• Assume the position of brand defender and develop a keen artistic sense to recognize both outstanding design implementations and creative endeavors.
• Accurately estimate costs and effectively manage client expectations.

Who we are looking for

• Over 6+ years of experience in account management in a marketing / digital agency or previous experience working for another agency.
• Must possess solid experience in content, strategy and creative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must have experience with leading / managing Gen Zs.
• Proven track record of establishing and building relationships with clients / accounts.
• Must be proactive and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Only open to Singaporeans / Singapore PR
