About the Role

• Assist in developing and implementing strategies for active fund raising, including debt financing options such as loans, bonds, and credit facilities
• Identify potential financing sources, build relationships with lenders and investors, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions
• Analyze the financial needs of the organization and evaluate various debt financing options to optimize capital structure and liquidity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial information, prepare financial models, and create compelling business cases for fundraising initiatives
• Monitor and manage the debt portfolio, including interest rate risk, refinancing, and debt covenant compliance
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes related to debt financing and leverage this knowledge to make informed recommendations

About the Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred
• Proven experience in active fund raising and debt financing, preferably in a corporate or banking environment. Hands on experience with obtaining bank loans
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data, perform financial modeling, and assess risk
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills to engage with lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders effectively
• Knowledge of debt financing instruments, capital markets, and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to present financial proposals and articulate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
