Art Director

We are partnering with a prestigious luxury brand to appoint a visionary Art Director who will shape and elevate the creative identity across all touchpoints.
  
Reporting to the Global Account Director, you will help lead a talented in-house team and collaborate closely with brand, marketing, and product teams to deliver work that is both commercially impactful and culturally resonant.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Define and protect the brand's visual language across campaigns, digital, packaging, retail, and editorial
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team including designers, photographers, and motion artists
• Art direct photoshoots, film productions, and content creation — ensuring every output reflects the brand's luxury positioning
• Translate seasonal brand narratives into compelling, multi-channel creative concepts from ideation through execution
• Collaborate with external agencies and production partners to deliver best-in-class creative
• Champion innovation in visual storytelling, keeping the brand at the forefront of cultural and design trends

  

About You

• Significant experience as an Art Director within luxury fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or premium hospitality
• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating elevated brand work across print, digital, and moving image
• A deep understanding of luxury codes and the expectations of a high-net-worth audience
• Proven ability to lead creative teams and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite; motion and 3D skills are a distinct advantage
• Strong stakeholder management, comfortable presenting to senior leadership
