A global marketing and creative services company is seeking an Art Director to shape high-impact campaign and brand work across channels. We are looking for a strong performer to join our client’s creative team and help deliver consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

The Art Director is responsible for setting and elevating the visual direction of campaigns, brand initiatives, and creative outputs across channels. You will translate strategy and concepts into strong visual systems, ensuring design quality, consistency, and creative impact. This role works closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to develop ideas and execute them from concept through production. You will guide designers, manage creative workflows, and ensure work meets brand standards, deadlines, and performance objectives.
  
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead creative direction from concept through execution across campaigns and brand work
  • Develop visual systems, design guidelines, mood boards, and creative presentations
  • Ensure high-quality output across digital, print, and multi-channel deliverables
  • Collaborate with strategy, copy, and account teams to bring ideas to life effectively
  • Manage creative workflow, timelines, and quality control across outputs
  • Provide feedback and mentorship to designers, ensuring skill growth and consistency
  • Support production requirements including briefing, vendor coordination, and final approvals
  
  
Qualification:
  • 6 to 10+ years of experience in design and creative roles, with Art Director experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating concepting, brand work, and campaign delivery
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience leading teams and managing multiple creative deliverables
