MCG Talent is currently working with a renown brand design and digital experience agency for the luxury, retail, and corporate brands. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who excels in building and nurturing client relationships within the world of brand, design, and digital.
  
This role is central to managing their client accounts, ensuring the seamless execution of brand design and digital projects, and delivering outstanding client service. Your multilingual skills will be instrumental in engaging with our diverse global clientele and translating their vision into impactful solutions.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients in the luxury, retail, and corporate sectors. Understand their needs and objectives to deliver bespoke branding and digital solutions.
  • Project Management: Oversee and coordinate the execution of brand design and digital projects from initiation through to delivery. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Multilingual Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear and effective communication in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Ensure that client expectations are clearly understood and met.
  • Strategic Input: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to devise and execute strategies that align with clients' brand objectives and enhance their market presence.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.  
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on project status, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in account management within a branding, design, or digital agency, ideally with a focus on luxury, retail, or corporate clients.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is essential for effective communication with our diverse client base.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proven track record of managing complex projects and client relationships.  
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all required languages.
  • Client-Focused: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service and build lasting relationships.
  • Creative Acumen: Understanding of brand design and digital experience principles, with a passion for delivering creative and innovative solutions.
