Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and proactive communication.
- Oversee integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, PR, and creative workstreams.
- Lead project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic proposals, content plans, and campaign ideas.
- Identify account growth opportunities through insight-driven recommendations.
- Support reporting, analysis, and performance optimisation to demonstrate campaign effectiveness.
- Contribute to new business pitches and internal initiatives to strengthen the agency’s offering.
Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of account management experience in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content strategy, and integrated communications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and client-handling ability with an eye for detail.
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence interpreting campaign data and insights.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with creative, strategy, and production teams.
